I know this blog is labeled as a rainy day engagement session and I’m sure that’s what you’re prepared for. I thought it was an engagement session, too. But surprise, Kristin and Cullen tied the knot at the courthouse! So, consider this a newly wed shoot! Congratulations, you two!
I’m Ready, Rain on Me
Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande were here with us at Letchworth State Park at this engagement session. Of course, they were with us in spirit. I could hear “Rain on Me” playing in the distance! Rain is either a blessing or a curse, depending on the subject. Personally, I love the rain! It creates a unique aspect incorporated into a somewhat routine engagement session gallery. Kristin and Cullen were so down to splash around!
Black & White… and A Little Rain
What do I love more than a rainy day engagement session? Black and white engagement session photos! At the start of the drizzle, we used some clear umbrellas to continue our shoot, but we quickly ditched these and embraced the rain. A rainy day plus black and white editing is the perfect mix to create timeless photos that’ll last a lifetime!
A Rainy Day Engagement Session Success!
Letchworth State Park was such a perfect spot for this rainy day engagement session. It’s my mini version of the Adirondacks! Speaking of, I met Kristin and Cullen at Autumn and Nick’s wedding in Vermont. They met me in the ADK for their engagement session. The weather on that day was a bit different than this one! But, just like Autumn and Nick, Kristin and Cullen were so easy-going and ready for anything!
