Timeless wedding photos start with getting ready
I started with the getting ready photos as the girls and guys prepped for the big day. While the girls were getting their hair and makeup ready, the guys were putting on their suits and enjoying some laughs together. As a photographer, I always love being able to capture these intimate moments before the ceremony. It’s a time where the couple and their loved ones are full of anticipation and excitement for what’s to come. Hanna and Luke’s first look was undoubtedly one of my favorite moments of their wedding day! As they stood facing each other for the first time, the love and joy between them was palpable. How Hanna & Luke’s first look impacted the rest of their wedding day
One of the things I always recommend to couples is doing family and bridal party photos before the ceremony. Because Hanna and Luke decided to do a first look, they were able to do that. Doing this helped free up time later in the evening for them to enjoy their reception with family and friends. Plus, it allowed us to capture these important photos while everyone was looking their best! As a bonus, we had more time to relax and have fun without feeling rushed or stressed. It’s a strategy that has worked well for many couples, and I’m glad that it helped Hanna and Luke’s timeline! The vineyards at Colloca give the venue charm, and I really enjoyed exploring the property to find the best spots. The couple’s chemistry was undeniable, and it made my job as a photographer easy! They were natural in front of the camera, and their love for each other was evident in every shot. I loved the timeless and elegant feel of their portraits, and I know that these photos will be treasured for years to come. Hanna and Luke’s wedding reception was a blast! The venue was beautifully decorated with twinkling lights, lush floral arrangements, and elegant table settings. They shared their first dance as husband and wife under the romantic glow of the lights. The toasts were heartfelt and brought tears to many eyes (including mine!). The dancing was going all night long and it was clear that everyone was having a great time celebrating the newlyweds! As a photographer, it was a joy to capture the energy and excitement of the reception, and to witness the love and joy shared by all.
